Reaper GirlIf looks could kill,

Scythe and obsidian cloak,
bony skeleton arms,
masked by your beauty
and wandering charms.

But you're not just death,
you're the reaper girl.

Your seraphim face
that look in your eyes,
could slay countless legions
and prove even happiness dies.

Don't hide from the world
my sweet angel of death.
Look into my eyes
and pilfer my breath.

AlchemyAlchemy can turn
iron, into fool's gold.
To blind the weak man
with greed
and buy the strong man
with false hope.

Alchemy can turn
my lies into dreams.
Clawing at your mind
like a cadged animal,
waiting to be set free
and set upon cruel keeper.

Alchemy can turn
anyone into a god.
One that wields nightmares,
for the price of a dream
and the toll of,
a black, dead heart.

However,
there is one thing
that I've learnt
over the years,
that alchemy,
simply cannot do.

It cannot make me smile.

a blindfold is fastend
infront of my eyes
i cant see the truth
i only hear lies

mouth taped shut
unable to speak
unable to help you stay strong
listening to you grow weak

the there is utter silence
followed by your blood curtaling scream
my eyes fly open to find
it was only a dream

Three WordsI Think it all makes sense now
This boy I have always loved?

I have learned somethings of timely love
The sun wont stop rising
Even when I yell "I havent told him yet!"
The moon wont stop coming every evening
Reminding me that days are slipping by

And I cant help but smile whenever you are around
No matter how hard I try
You bring me too much joy to hide

I have even tried to tell you this

But Three words refuse to leave my mouth
I have had so many chances
All beginning with my smile
Your laugh
Our gazes meeting
My reflection in your blue eyes
Our hearts constant beating

Three words refuse to come out

Three words you will never see.
Eight letters you will never read.
A meaning you will never receive.
In a letter from me.

At the end of each simple e-mail,
at the end of each note.
I type out my heart.

I can feel his heart beat miles away.
We knew we weren't going to last forever,
We knew we would reach that day.

Everything was foreseen,
And I never thought I'd miss it this much.
All we can do now is dream,
As our wishes are quietly crushed.

I remember the place where we first met,
Everyone thought we were the perfect pair.

But now everything is left in our heads,
We've crushed each other's hearts in our hands.
Loneliness is what one dreads,
But what we had... no one will ever understand.

Affected PeculiaritySo I overburden the world?
I make it anticipate for me
to increase my sluggish gait,
and then it'll act accordingly?

So I am too self-aware?
There is nothing unfamiliar in
this bitterness that seems like
a unique gnawing at the heart?

I sometimes wonder
if any shred of compassion still thrives
underneath your insults and scorn!

I'm waiting for a lull in this conversation

I'm waiting for the inevitable end
to this pointless stagnation
Everything that was once revelatory
has all become the same

Always AloneWill I always be alone?
I ask myself this often,
knowing where my heart is and how I feel.
I love another.
Love can cause pain.
Sometimes great pain.
To love one who belongs to another.
Which is worse?
Wondering what it would be like to touch you?
Or knowing what your touch feels like
only to never be able to feel that again?
Will I always be alone?
As the days go by
lying in this bed
night after night
alone.
I feel the answer is yes.
Yes.
Always alone.
Now and forever.

Sorrow Wrought From Happiness

Such sorrow sprung from such content
Such pain born from such happiness
How could such tragic consequence
From such elation vent?

Such horror out of laughter sown
Such suffering from joy ignites
How could such a profound delight
Then lead to so much woe?

Such faultless love yet unsurpassed
So perfect in our close intent
I did not think such bliss could end
How could this come to pass?

Such sorrow wrought from happiness
Is this the price of Love's excess?

DamagedI'm bleeding from the inside out.
I look perfect on the skin,
But under flesh--white marble-smooth--
Are scars that linger deep within.

I'm like a damaged toy,
Continually repeating the same line in some recorded voice.
Like an apple rotting from the core--
Fallen from the Tree of Choice.

And stare into my heart and mind,
Fears dripping blood and black-burned memories
Are all that you would find.

Devour my soul--
It doesn't matter anymore.
I'm already damaged beyond repair.

That Girl, The OneYou know that girl,
The one that walks with purpose,
Her strides confident and her head held high,
Her eyes empty and cold
Like she owns the world.

Did you know that same girl
Goes home to an empty room
With empty promises and crushed dreams?

Did you know that girl
Just put on a front,
To show her collarbone
As well as her backbone
Just for everyone else?

She may not be the nicest,
She may push you away,
But talk to her.
Get to know her.

Her cold eyes reflect
More than you can guess.
She has more guts than you,
To lie to herself every day.

As alienated as she might seem,
She wants nothing and expects nothing,

Then teach it to say "Help they turned me into a parrot". But the japanese phrase for it. So when you go to Japan, you can show people your cool parrot. Then freak them out when it says "Help they turned me into a parrot".

I would name the parrot Jamal, if he was mine. But sadly, Jamal is not my parrot.

Ps: Don't tell people his name is Jamal, or they'll probably think he's trained to steal their jewelry. Which will make it harder to steal their jewelry.

For once in my life,
who I was didn't matter,

I hear you say you love me
and I cry.

I envy you, oh how I envy you...
How you flick your tongue,
And effortlessly break through all of my barriers.
Each word a drop of bitter sweet ecstasy
Running down my face, through my hair
As I fall deeper into your spell.

You weave a waterfall with your words,
I'm leisurely drowning in your love.
The icy cage around my heart is melting.
Cold and fragile though it may be
I still long to give it to you.

The one thing that I wish for,
More than anything in this cruel world.
Is to be able to tell you how I feel,
For you to hear "I Love you" from my own lips.

I hear you say you love me
and I cry,

Because all I can do is write "I Love you", back
And hope that it will be enough...
